Egg Yolk Cake
Ingredients
4 egg yolks
An egg
250g sugar
250g flour
100g thick cream
100g butter
A pinch of salt
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp vanilla powder
2 tbsp rum
Method
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Beat egg yolks & an egg with sugar.
Add cream to the beaten eggs & mix.
Melt butter in a microwave oven.
Mix it with vanilla powder.
Sieve the flour and baking powder together and fold into the cake mixture.
At last add rum & mix well.
Pour the batter into the greased cake pan.
Bake for 35-40mn & serve with tea.
