Mollycake
Ingredients
250g  flour
250g sugar 
250g thick cream
3 eggs
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp vanilla essence
A pinch of salt

Method
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Beat eggs with sugar until it's doubled.
 Sieve the flour and baking powder together and fold into the egg mixture.
Then add  vanilla essence & mix well.
At last add the whipped cream & mix.

Pour the batter into the greased cake pan.
Bake until a toothpick inserted into the middle of the cake comes out clean.(1h).
Serve with tea.
