Ingredients
A chicken 
2 tsp red chilli powder
3/4 tsp turmeric powder
Juice of a lemon

1/2 cup freshly grated coconut
2 shallots
A piece of ginger
2 garlic cloves

A green chilli
Few curry leaves

An onion ( chopped)
1 tsp meat masala
Salt to taste
Method
Marinate chicken pieces with  first three ingredients.
Cover & keep in the refrigerator for 3 hrs.
Deep fry / bake the marinated chicken pieces.

Preheat oven to 200° & bake for 30mn until chicken pieces are brown.

Coarsely grind the other ingredients with coconut & keep aside.
Heat oil in a pan & fry onions to light golden brown.
Add blended coconut along with meat masala.
Add water , cover & cook for a while.
Then add baked chicken pieces & stir .
Garnish with curry leaves & serve .
