Riccotta-Chocolate Cake with Pears
Ingredients
150g Ricotta cheese
100g black chocolate
2 tbsp milk
220g flour
150g sugar
1 tsp baking powder
4 eggs
1/2 tsp cinnamon powder

2 pears
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp cane sugar
Method
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Peel & slice pears.
Marinate in lemon juice & keep aside.
Break the chocolate bar & add 4 tbsp milk.
Melt in microwave oven 2 mn.
Add ricotta cheese + cinnamon powder & mix well.
Add sugar to the chocolate mixture & mix well.
Add beaten eggs.
Mix flour & baking powder together and fold into the cake mixture.
Pour the batter into the greased cake pan.
Dip the pear slices in cane sugar & arrange over the cake.
Bake for 35mn & serve with tea .
