2 apples (peel,core & cut into thin slices)
2 tbsp cane sugar
1/2 tsp cinnamon powder
1 tsp baking powder
A pinch of salt

25g cane sugar
1 tsp cinnamon powder
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Mix the apple slices in cane sugar & cinnamon powder.
Cream together the butter, sugar & salt .
Add beaten eggs.
Sieve the flour and baking powder together and fold into the cake mixture.
Pour half of the batter into the greased cake tin.
Arrange apple slices on the top.
Mix the remaining batter & pour over the apple layer.
Then arrange the other apple slices over the cake in the pattern of ur choice.
Sprinkle (sugar+ cinnamon) mix on the top
Bake until a toothpick inserted into the middle of the cake comes out clean, about 35mn.
Serve with tea.
