Banana Chocolate Cake
4 ripe bananas (mashed with fork)
70g Nesquick (drinking chocolate powder)
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp cinnamon powder
A pinch of salt
Chopped walnuts (optional)
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Cream together the butter, sugar & salt.
Add beaten eggs, mashed banana & nesquick.
Sieve the flour and baking powder together and fold into the cake mixture.
Then add cinnamon powder & chopped walnuts.
Mix well & pour the batter into the greased cake pan.
Bake until a toothpick inserted into the middle of the cake comes out clean.(30mn)
Serve with tea.
