Ingredients
A bunch of Chinese spinach (cheera)
2 tbsp dessicated coconut/ freshly grated coconut
2 green chillies (half slit)
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
Salt to taste
2 onions thinly sliced

1 tbsp oil.
1 tsp mustard seeds
1 tsp urud dal seeds
Curry leaves
  Method
Wash & chop spinach stems & leaves.
Mix it with coconut, chopped onions, chilli, turmeric & salt.
Heat oil in a skillet & add mustard seeds.
When it pops, add urud dal seeds.
When it turns light golden brown, add the mixed spinach.
Fry for 5 min & add some water.
Cover & cook for another 5mn.
Garnish with curry leaves & serve with rice.
