80g salted butter
80g sugar
3 egg yolks
4g baking powder
115g flour
1/2 tsp vanilla essence
MethodSift flour with baking powder.
In a bowl, cream the salted butter.
Stir in sugar & mix well.
Then add 3 egg yolks & vanilla essence.
Mix well & the add sifted flour.
Make a cylinder using the prepared cookie dough.
Roll in a plastic wrap & refrigerate for an hour.
Cut into discs(1/2inch thickness ) & arrange them in greased  muffin holes.
Pre heat oven to 200°C & bake for 15 mn until golden brown. 
Cool & store in airtight containers.
