Cauliflower 65 / Gobi 65
Ingredients
5 tbsp gram flour
2 tbsp rice flour / corn flour
2 tsp tomato puree
1 tsp red chilli powder
1 tsp crushed cumin seeds
1/2 tsp ginger paste
1/2 tsp garlic paste
1/2 cauliflower(gobi)
Salt to taste
Curry leaves / Coriander leaves
Oil for frying
Method
Keep aside.
Separate the cauliflower florets.
Mix with 1 tsp salt & steam for 6 min.
Strain & use this water to make a thick batter.
Mix it with cooked florets & keep aside.

Heat oil in a pan / deep fryer.
Fry cauliflower florets to golden brown.
Remove using a slotted spoon & drain on a kitchen paper.
Serve these Spicy Gobi 65 as a starter with a dipping sauce & salads.
