Baked Pork Chops


Ingredients
1 tbsp mustard paste (Dijon)
1 tsp chilli powder
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tsp garam masala
Salt to taste
5 pork chops(côtes du porc)
Herbs of your choice (herbes de Provence)
Method
Prepare the marinade using first six ingredients.
Keep the marinated porc chops in the refrigerator o'night.

Pre- heat oven to 180°C.
Place the marinated pork chops on a greased baking tray.
Bake for 40 mn until brown.
Serve these baked pork chops with vegetables of ur choice.
