Chicken Bharta

Ingredients
4 skinless chicken breasts
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
* Spices*
3 cloves + A pices of cinnamon+ A bay leaf+ cardomom
1 tbsp oil  + 10g butter
3 onions (chopped)
A tomato (chopped)
2 garlic cloves + A piece of ginger 
A green chilli (half slit)
1tsp kashmir chilli powder
1 tbsp coriander powder
1/2 tsp cumin powder

1 tsp tomato puree
2 tbsp thick cream
Freshly ground black pepper
Garam masala

Coriander leaves 
Method
Marinate chicken with salt & turmeric.
Keep in the refrigerator for an hour.
Cook, mince & keep aside.

Warm the oil+ butter in a skillet & fry spices.
Then add chopped onions & fry till light golden brown.
Add  ginger+garlic paste +  green chilli&  fry for a while.
Add all the powders & fry again.(coriander+red chilli +cumin)
Then add chopped tomatoes along with tomato puree.
Add some water, cover & cook for a while.

Then add the minced chicken  & mix well.
Cover & cook, stirring from time to time. (15mn)
When the sauce is dried, remove from fire.
Add thick cream & mix well.
Garnish with Freshly ground black pepper , garam masala & coriander leaves.
Serve with any type of Indian bread. (Chapathi, Rotti, Naaan)
