Carrot  Muringa Thoran

3 tbsp grated coconut / dessicated coconut
3 shallots
1 tsp cumin seeds
1 green chilli
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1 tbsp water
curry leaves
2 Moringa (cut in sticks)
3 carrots ( peel & cut in sticks)
1/4 tsp turmeric powder 
Salt to taste
1/2 tsp red chilli powder 
**To temper**
1 tsp mustard seeds
 1dried red chilli
Curry leaves  
Oil (coconut oil)
Wash, peel & chop moringa into 5 cm sticks.
Do the same with the carrots.
Coarsely grind  first seven ingredients & keep aside.
Heat oil in a pan & splutter mustard seeds.
Then add dried chilli & curry leaves.
Then add vegetables sticks along with salt , chilli powder & turmeric powder.
Fry for a while & add water.
Cover & cook the vegetables for a few minuites.. 
Then add coarsely grinded mixture & mix well.
When the sauce is dried , remove from fire.

Garnish with curry leaves & serve with rice.
