Zuchini - Chocolate Cake

200g dark chocolate
100g butter

150g sugar
7 g vanilla flavoured sugar (sucre vanillé)

100g flour
50g almond powder

2 Zuchini (peel & grated) 
2 tsp baking powder
Apinch of salt
1 tsp cinnamon powder
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Break the chocolate bar & add 2 tbsp water.
Melt in microwave oven 2 mn.
Add butter & mix well.
In another bowl beat eggs & sugar.
Sieve the flour and baking powder together and fold into the cake mixture.
Add chocolate butter mixture & mix well.

Add grated zuchini & cinnamon powder
Pour the batter into the greased cake pan.
Bake until a toothpick inserted into the middle of the cake comes out clean, about 30-35 mn.
Serve with  tea.
