Bhindi Jaipuri - Rajasthan Special
Ingredients
Lady's finger - 20 (julienned)
1 tsp red chilli powder
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 tsp cumin powder
1 tbsp coriander powder
A pinch of garam masala
Juice of half lemon
Salt to taste

2 tbsp gram flour
2 tbsp rice flour
1 tbsp corn flour
Salt to taste
Chopped coriader leaves
Oil for frying
Method
Wash & completely dry the okra's.
Cut them into sticks.(Even the knife must be dried)
Marinate them with all the spices & keep aside.

Mix all the flour & make a thick batter with water.
Add coriander leaves & salt.
Heat oil in a pan / deep fryer.
Dip the marinated okra in the batter & fry till light golden brown.
Remove using a slotted spoon & drain on a kitchen paper.
Serve hot !!
