Mysore Bhajia - Karnataka Special

1 cup flour
1/4 cup rice flour 
A green chilli (chopped)
2 shallots (chopped)
A piece of ginger ( chopped)
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp cumin seeds
Salt to taste
Chopped curryleaves
Curd to make a thick batter
Oil for frying
Mix all the  ingredients with curd to make a thick batter.
Keep aside for some time.
Heat oil in a frying pan & spoon the preapred batter.
Deep fry bhajjias to golden brown.
Remove using a slotted spoon & drain on a kitchen paper.
Serve hot with  chutney.
