Cabbage- Carrot Pepper Fry

Ingredients
1/2 cabbage thinly sliced 
3 carrots (cut it into semicircles) 
2 onions (chopped)
1tbsp oil
1 tsp mustard seeds
1/2 tsp urad dal seeds
1/4 tsp tumeric powder
1/2 tsp red chilli powder
1 tsp salt
1 cup of water
Curry leaves 
Freshly ground black pepper 
Method
Heat oil in a pan & add mustard seeds.
When in pops, add urad dal seeds .
When light brown, add chopped onion along with carrots & cabbage.  
Fry for a while & then add chilli powder, turmeric powder & salt.
Add water, cover & cook till the vegetables are tender.
Garnish with freshly ground pepper & curry leaves. 
Serve with rice / bread.
