Ingredients
4 hard boiled eggs
1/2 tsp chilli powder
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
Salt to taste

1 cinnamon stick + 2 cloves
 2 big onions (sliced)
2 big tomatoes (sliced)
3 cloves of garlic (chopped)
A green chilli (half slit)
1 tbsp coriander powder
1/2 tsp red chilli powder
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
Salt to taste
Curry leaves / Coriander leaves
Garam masala 
Method
Marinate eggs in chilli , turmeric & salt & keep aside.
Shallow fry them & keep aside.

Heat oil in a pan & fry cinnamon stick, cloves.
Then fry sliced onions till  translucent.
Add garlic paste, green chilli & fry again.
Then add coriander powder, chilli powder & turmeric powder.
Fry for a while & then add sliced tomatoes .
Add a cup of water, close with a lid & cook for 5 min.
When the sauce has dried, remove from fire.
Then add fried eggs & cover them with the onions & tomatoes.
Garnish with coriander leaves  & garam masala.
Serve with any type of Indian bread / rice.
