Mushroom- Green peas Masala

Mushroom- Peas Masala

A green chilli(half slit)
 An onion(chopped)
A tomato(chopped)
A piece of ginger(chopped)
3 garlic cloves(chopped) 
300g button mushrooms(sliced)
100g green peas (fresh / frozen)
1/2 tsp cumin seeds
1/2 tsp chilli powder
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp coriander powder
1/4 tsp cumin powder
 Coriander leaves
Garam masala
Oil for frying
Salt to taste
Coarsely grind first three ingredients & keep aside.
Heat oil in a pan & fry first five ingredients.
Blend to a fine paste & keep aside.
Heat oil in the same pan & fry cumin seeds
Then add chilli powder, tumeric powder , coriander powder & cumin powder
Fry for a while & then add green peas.
Cover & cook for a while.
Then add sliced mushroom & salt .
Fry & then add a cup of water
Cover & cook for 4 mn.
When the sauce is reduced, remove from fire.
Garnish with garam masala & chopped coriander leaves.
Serve with rice or any type of bread
