1 tsp salt
1 tbsp olive oil
200 ml luke warm water
15g fresh yeast (1 tsp dried yeast)
1 tsp sugar
Oil for brushing
Flour for kneading & dusting
2 red onions (chopped)
A carrot (peel & shredded)
A capsicum (diced)
2 tomatoes (chopped)
A green chilli (chopped)
1 tbsp tomato puree
1/2 tsp chilli powder
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
2 tbsp olive oil
Salt to taste
Garam masala (optional)
Fry onions till light golden brown.
Add chopped vegetables & fry .
Then add ginger- garlic paste & chilli powder.
Add chopped tomato along with salt.
Add some water & cook for 10 min.
When the sauce is completely dried , remove from fire.
Garnish with coriander leaves & garam masala.
Keep aside to cool.
Dilute yeast in luke warm water with 1 tsp sugar.
Set aside for 15 minuites.
Mix first four ingredients & knead well.
Cover the bowl with a damp cloth & keep aside for an hour.
Spray some more flour & knead it again.
Make evenly sized balls.
Take a lemon sized ball & flatten it with a greased palm.
Spread the filling in the middle & fold it.
Press the edges with the fork.
Repeat the same with other dough balls.
Preheat oven to 180°C & bake for 20-25 mn.
