Badam  Poori

1 cup flour
1/2 cup almond flour
1 tsp ghee
A pinch of salt 
A pinch of yellow colour
Flour for dusting
Oil for frying
2 tbsp rice flour
2 tbsp melted ghee 
For syrup
1 cup sugar
1/4 cup water
A pinch of yellow colour
1/2 tsp cardomom powder
Take first five ingredients in in  a bowl.
Mix with water to get a stiff dough. 
Cover the bowl with a damp cloth & keep aside for an hour.
Mix ghee with rice powder & keep aside
Make 7 lemon sized balls.
Flatten it using a roller, brush with prepared rice +ghee mix .
Repeat the same with another dough ball & pile up over the other.
When all the 7 balls are done, roll them together.
Cut into discs & roll out into layered poori. 
Heat plenty of oil.
Gently slip the disc in hot oil.
When poori pops fully, splash hot oil on the top.
Turn over & fry the other side.
Remove using a slotted spoon & drain on a kitchen paper.
Prepare the syrup, dip the puri's & serve ur loved ones.
