3 Rocha pears (pealed)
200g black chocolate
1/2 tsp cinnamon powder
1/4 tsp ginger powder
1 tsp baking powder
Mix well & keep aside.
Break the chocolate bar & add 2 tbsp water.
Melt in microwave oven 2 mn.
Add butter & mix well.
In another bowl beat eggs & sugar.
Add chocolate butter mixture to it along with the spices.
Sieve the flour & baking powder together & fold into the cake mixture.
If the mixture is thick, add some milk.
Pour half of the batter into the greased cake pan (rectangular).
Drop the peeled pears & then pour the rest of the batter.
Preheat oven to 180°C & bake for 30-35mn.
Cool & serve with tea.
