Potato Sagu

4 medium size potatoes (Quartered)
2 tbsp frozen peas
2  onions (thinly sliced)
2 green chillies (half slit)
A piece of ginger (chopped)
A tomato (chopped)
1 tbsp gram flour 
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
Coriander leaves
Salt to taste
1 tsp musturd seeds
1 tsp splitted urad dal 
1 tsp splitted channa dal
A dried red chilli 
A pinch of hing
Few curry leaves
Boil the quartered potatoes in salted water until tender (20 mn).
Drain & let it cool.
Peel, mash it & keep aside.
Mix gramflour with some water & make a paste.

Heat oil in a pan. Splutter musturd seeds.
Add urud dal, channa dal , red chilli & a pinch of hing .
Then add chopped onions & fry till light golden brown.
Add peas, curry leaves, chillies, ginger & tomatoes.
Fry for a while & then add tumeric powder & salt.
Add gramflour paste & some water.
Cover & cook for a while; 
When the vegetables are cooked, add the mashed potatoes.
Garnish with freshly chopped coriander leaves.
Goes very well with Dosa / Poori/ Chapathi.
