Aloor Piyaju - Bangladeshi Potato Fritters

Cannelettes - Pancakes of Bordeaux !!

Cannelettes Ingredients150g flour (Type 45)250g sugar30g butter(melted)2 eggs + 2 egg yolksA pinch of salt500ml milk10cl rum1  vanilla podMethod Mix first five ingredients (without any lumps) in a bowl .Add milk & stir again. Half the vanilla pod with a sharp knife & scrape the seeds.Add to the batter & keep aside for 3 hours.If the batter is thick, add some more milk. ***Heat a nonstick pan / griddle with little oil.
