1/2 cup tapioca pearls( sago)
2 cloves + & cinnamon stick
A knotted pandan leaf(optional)
1 medium size sweet potato ( peel & cubed)
A ripe plantain (peel & cubed)
1 cup water
5 cubes of jagerry
1 1/2cup of coconut milk / milk
A pinch of salt
Soak sago in water for an hour
Boil water & stir in soaked sago.
Stir continuously until it becomes transparent.
Remove from fire & add some coconut milk .
Set aside to cool.
Gently heat jaggery & water to make a thick syrup.
Strain it & keep aside.
Cook sweet potato in water along with spices.
When half cooked, add plantain cubes.
When cooked, add jagerry syrup.
Stir in cooked tapioca pearls & then add coconut milk.
Add a pinch of salt & just swirl the pan.
Transfer into serving cups & enjoy .
