Urad Dal Rava Dosa

Ingredients
100g splitted urad dal(uzhunnu parippu)
1 tsp fenugreek seeds 

1 cup semolina(rava)
1 cup curd

Salt to taste 
Water
Oil for frying

Method
 Soak urad dal & fenugreek seeds in a bowl for 4 hours.
Then blend to a fine paste.
Add yogurt,semolina & salt
Add water to the batter to get a semi liquid stage.

Cover & keep aside for  an hour.

Heat a nonstick pan / griddle with little oil.
Pour a spoon full of batter & spread carefully.
Dribble some oil over the dosa.
Flip & cook the other side. 
Serve hot with chutney / curry.
