Batbout Provençal Ingredients8g fresh yeast or (1 tsp dried yeast)130 ml luke warm water 1 tsp sugar***250 g flour50g semolina2 tbsp tomato puree1 tsp herbes de Provence((Oregano+Thyme+ Rosemary)1/2 tsp garlic powder1 tsp anise seedsSalt  to taste Oil for fryingMethod Dilute yeast in luke warm water with 1 tsp sugar.
