Reshmi Paratha

Reshmi  Paratha  Ingredients3 potatoes (mashed)400g wheat flour1 cup milk100 ml water1 tbsp oil 2 green chilli (chopped)2 tsp cumin seedsA bunch of coriander leaves (chopped)Salt to tasteOil /ghee for frying Method Boil the quartered potatoes in salted water until tender (20 mn).Drain & let it cool. Konda Kavum - Srilankan New Year Sweet

Konda Kavum  Ingredients100g rice flour100gg flour1/2 tsp baking powder100g jagerry200ml water1 tsp fennel seeds1/2 tsp cardomom powderA pinch of saltMethodMix the both flours & baking powder  in a bowl.Gently heat jaggery & water.When melted, strain it & add to the flour.Mix well (without any lumps).
