Purslane Parippu Vada Ingredients2 cups yellow split dal (kadala parippu)3 shallots (chopped)An onion (chopped)2 green chillies (chopped)2 tsp chopped ginger2 pinches of Asafoetida Powder (Hing)A bunch of purslane (chopped)2 springs of curry leaves / coriander leaves ( chopped)Salt to tasteOil for fryingMethodSoak dal in water for five hours.Drain it & leave aside to dry.Keep a spoonfull of dal aside.Coarsely grind  dal with chillies & ginger in a blender.Then add chopped onions, purslane & curry...
