Afghani Chicken


2 green chillies
A red onion(chopped)
8 garlic cloves
A piece of ginger
1 fist of coriander leaves
Chicken 1 kg (skinned & chopped) 
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp black pepper powder
1 tsp dried mint powder
1/2 tsp cumin powder
2 tsp coriander powder 
1 tsp salt
2 tbsp thick cream
Coriander leaves
Garam Masala
Freshly ground black pepper

Marinate the  chicken pieces with curd, salt, peper, cumin corainder & mint powders.
Cover & refrigerate for an hour.
Heat oil in a pan & fry the marinated chicken pieces. 
Blend first five ingredients & add to the fried chicken .
Mix well, cover & cook for a while.
When cooked, remove from fire & add whipped cream
Garnish with coriander leaves , garam masala & freshly ground pepper.
Serve hot with  jeera rice / bread.
