Upside Down Caramelized Apple Cake

 CaramelizedCake Ingredients 5 apples (peel & cut in chunks)50g butter100g sugar1/4 tsp cinnamon powder***3eggs150g flour 150g butter 150g sugar 1 tsp baking powder 1/2 tsp cinnamon powder A pinch of salt 1/2 tsp vanilla essence  Method Preheat the oven to 180°C.
