350g grated coconut
60g butter / ghee
3 tbsp flour
1/2 tsp cardomom powder
50g butter / ghee
Gently heat sugar & make caramel.
When caramalized, stir in grated coconut.
Mix well with a wooden spatule & then add 30g chopped butter.
When it leaves the sides of the pan, add flour along with the rest of the butter.
Stir continuosly with a wooden spatule.
When it leaves the sides of pan, remove from fire.
Garnish with cardomom powder.
Mix well & let it cool.
Grease ur palm & make coconut balls.
