Qumbe - Somalian Coconut Sweet

Qumbe Ingredients350g grated coconut400g sugar60g butter / ghee3 tbsp flour 1/2 tsp cardomom powder50g butter / gheeMethodGently heat sugar & make caramel.When caramalized, stir in grated coconut.Mix well with a wooden spatule & then add 30g chopped butter.When it leaves the sides of the pan, add flour along with the rest of the butter. Stir continuosly with a wooden spatule.When it leaves the sides of pan, remove from fire.Garnish with cardomom powder.
