1 cup flour

1/2 cup milk powder
2 tbsp semolina
1 cup milk
** Syrup**
1 cup sugar
1/4 cup water
1/4 tsp cardomom powder
Chopped Pistachios / Almonds
Oil for frying
Mix first four ingredients in a bowl & keep aside for an hour.
Make syrup using sugar & water.
When it thickens, remove from fire.
Garnish with cardomom powder & keep aside. 
Heat oil in a  frying pan.
Pour 1 tbsp full of the prepared batter.
Cook both sides until golden brown.
Remove using a slotted spoon & drain on a kitchen paper.
Repeat the same with remaining batter. 

Dip each malpua's in the sugar syrup & transfer on the serving plate.
Decorate with chopped pistachios & serve.
