Malpua for Diwali !

MalpuaIngredients1 cup flour1/2 cup milk powder2 tbsp semolina1 cup milk** Syrup**1 cup sugar1/4 cup water1/4 tsp cardomom powder***Chopped Pistachios / AlmondsOil for fryingMethodMix first four ingredients in a bowl & keep aside for an hour.***Make syrup using sugar & water.When it thickens, remove from fire.Garnish with cardomom powder & keep aside. ***Heat oil in a  frying pan.Pour 1 tbsp full of the prepared batter.
