Sweet Potato Pound Cake


175g mashed sweet potato (orange)
150g black chocolate 
2 tbsp chocolate powder
175g butter
175g flour
175g sugar
3 eggs
2 tsp baking powder
2 tsp Quatre épices
2 tbsp rum
Steam cook sweet potato & mash it.

Break the chocolate bar & add 2 tbsp water.
Melt in microwave oven 2 mn.
Add butter & mix well.
In another bowl beat eggs & sugar.
Add chocolate butter mixture to the mashed potato .
Mix well & add chopped nuts.
Sieve the flour, 4 épices, chocolate powder & baking powder together.
Fold into the cake mixture & mix well.
Then add rum & mix.

Pour the batter into the greased cake tin.
Preheat oven to -Th 180°C & bake for 30-35 mn.
Cool & serve with tea.
