Torta di mele al mascarpone - Mascarpone Apple Cake
Mascarpone Apple Cake
Ingredients
4 eggs
200g flour
200g sugar
250g mascarpone
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp cinnamon powder
A pinch of salt
3 apples (peel & thinly sliced)
Icing sugar & cinnamon powder for dusting
A pinch of salt
Method
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Cream together mascarpone, butter, sugar & salt .
Add beaten eggs & mix well.
Sieve the flour, cinnamon powder & baking powder together.
Fold into the cake mixture & mix well.
Pour the batter into the greased cake pan & top with sliced apples.
Bake until a toothpick inserted into the middle of the cake comes out clean, about 40-45 mn.
Dust with icing sugar & serve with tea.
