Sanna Pakora - Sindhi Special
Sanna Pakora
Ingredients
3 big onions(chopped)
3 green chillies (chopped)
A piece of ginger (chopped)
1 tsp coriander powder
1/2 tsp red chilli powder
1 tsp cumin seeds
1/4 tsp baking powder
2 tbsp gram flour
Chopped Coriander leaves
Salt to taste
Oil for frying
Method
Mix chopped onions with, ginger, chilli & coriander leaves.
Add cumin seeds, coriander powder, red chilli powder & salt
Sieve gram flour and baking powder together and fold into the prepared mixture.
If the mixture is thick, add some water
Cover & set aside for 5mn.

Heat oil in a frying pan.
Take a spoonfull of batter & fry.
Turn over & fry the other side.
When golden brown , turn over & cook the other side.
Remove using a slotted spoon & drain on a kitchen paper.
Serve immedietely for tea.
