Bhidi Masala
Ingredients
250g lady's finger / Okra ((topped, tailed & slant cut)

2 white onions(chopped)
1 tsp coriander powder
1/2 tsp red chilli powder
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 tsp garam masala
**To Blend**
A green chilli (half slit)
2 garlic cloves(chopped)
A piece of ginger (chopped)
A big tomato(chopped)
2 tbsp whipped yogurt
2 cloves
2 cardomoms

Salt to taste
Coriander leaves
Oil for frying
Method
Blend all the ingredients to a fine paste & keep aside.

Heat oil in a pan & fry okra.
When light brown keep aside.

Heat oil in a skillet & fry onions to light golden brown.
Then chilli powder +turmeric powder+ coriander powder.
Fry for a while & then add blended tomato paste.
Then add whipped curd & some water.
Cover & cook on low flame for 5mn.
When cooked, add fried okra.
Mix well with the masala & fry on medium flame.
When cooked, remove from fire.
Garnish with garam masala & fresh coriander leaves.
Serve with chapathi's / rice.
