Spicy Yule Log with Potato & Tuna

Ingredients
4 potatoes

2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp red chilli powder
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
Salt to taste 
**Tuna Filling**
200g tuna in tomato sauce

2 onions (chopped)
A leek (chopped)
A green chilli(cut in coins)
1 tbsp ginger+garlic paste
1/2 tsp chilli powder
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
2 tbsp olive oil
Coriander leaves/ curry leaves (chopped)
Salt to taste

Grated Parmesan Cheese 
Grated Emmentel Cheese 
Method
Peel, wash  & thinly sliced using a mandoline.
Marinate with oil, chilli powder, turmeric powder & salt .
Keep aside.

Heat oil in a pan & fry onions to light golden brown.
Then add ginger- garlic paste & chopped green chilli.
Fry for a while & then chopped leek along with turmeric & red chilli powder.
Then add tuna in tomato sauce.
Stir till the sauce dry up.
Garnish with coriander leaves & keep aside.

Spread a parchment paper & evenly spread grated parmesan cheese on it.
Then arrange marinated potato slices as in the pic.
Evenly spread some more parmesan cheese over it.
Pre heat oven to 200°C & bake for 10 mn.

Take out from the oven & spread the tuna mix over the potato.
Fold carefully so that the seam side is facing down.

Bake for another 15 mn.
Take out & spread some grated Emmental cheese .
Bake for just 2 mn & remove from the oven
Transfer on the serving plate & serve your loved ones.
