Puff Pastry Wind Mills
Ingredients
2 frozen puff pastries (pâte feuilletée)
Fresh Blueberries
@ Glaze
Beaten egg
Vegans can mix almond milk with maple syrup.
Topping
125g cream cheese / vegan cheese
100g sugar
3 tbsp almond powder
A pinch of cinnamon powder
Method
Pre-heat oven 180°C.
Roll out the pastry & cut it into squares (12cm)
Mix cream cheese with almond powder, sugar & cinnamon powder.
Place the topping mix in the centre of the pastry square.
Make cuts from each corner to the filling .
Bring one corner to the centre & press lightly.
Do the same with other corners & place blueberries.
Repeat the same with other squares.
Glaze them & bake for 15 mn.
