Semolina Yogurt Pancake
Ingredients
1 cup semolina(rava)
1 cup curd
2 tbsp flour
Salt to taste
Water
Oil for frying
Method
Coarsely blend semolina & transfer it to a bowl.
Add flour, whipped yogurt & salt.
Mix well & then add water to the batter to get a semi liquid stage.
Cover & keep aside for 30mn.

Heat a nonstick pan / griddle with little oil.
Pour a spoon full of batter & spread carefully.
Dribble some oil over the dosa.
Flip & cook the other side.
Serve hot with chutney / curry.
