Ingredients
450g flour
2 tbsp olive oil
15g fresh yeast or (2 tsp dried yeast)
150 ml luke warm water 
1 tsp sugar
Salt to taste 
Flour for dusting
*Vegetable Filling*
8  button mushrooms (sliced)
2 carrots (peel & sliced)
Few French beans ( chopped)
A big onion (chopped)
2 garlic cloves(chopped)
2 green chillies (half slit)
1/2 tsp red chilli powder 
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
1 tbsp tomato puree
Few coriander leaves(chopped)
Salt & pepper
Parmesan cheese 
Method
 Mix first five ingredients & knead well.
Cover the bowl with a damp cloth & keep aside for an hour.

Heat olive oil in a pan & fry onions to light golden brown.
Add chopped garlic & chilli along with sliced mushrooms.
Fry for a while &  then add chopped carrots & beans. 
Mix well & then add tomato puree, red chilli powder & tumeric powder
Cover & cook for a while
When cooked, remove from fire.
Garnish with garam masala  & black pepper.

Spray some more flour & knead it again .
Make evenly sized balls.
Take a lemon sized ball & flatten it .
Spread the veggie filling & top with parmesan cheese.
Gently fold in half & press the edges.
Brush tops with oilive oil & bake for 20 mn. 
Repeat the same with other dough balls.
