Chocolate Zucchini Bread

Chocolate Zucchini Bread 
 

Ingredients
A zucchini (grated)
200g black chocolate 
50g butter
80g sugar
3 eggs
80g flour
2 tbsp chocolate powder
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda 
1/4 tsp cinnamon powder
1/4 tsp nutmeg powder
Chopped walnuts (optional)
Method
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Break the chocolate bar & add 4 tbsp water.
Melt in microwave oven 2 mn.
Add chopped butter & sugar .
Mix well & then add  beaten egg along with scraped zucchini.
Sieve the flour, baking soda & baking powder together and fold into the cake mixture.
Then add spices  & chopped walnuts.
Mix well & pour the batter into the greased cake pan.
Bake until a toothpick inserted into the middle of the cake comes out clean.(33-35mn)
Serve with tea.
