Cranberry Walnut Blondies
Ingredients
200g butter
150g white chocolate
120g flour
200g sugar
4 eggs
1/2 tsp cinnamon powder
1 tsp baking powder
A pinch of salt
Chopped walnuts & Cranberries
Method
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Break the chocolate bar & add 2 tbsp water.
Melt in microwave oven 2 mn.
Add chopped butter & mix well.
Add sugar, cinnamon powder & beaten egg to the chocolate mixture .
Mix well & then add chopped walnuts & cranberries.
Pour the batter into the greased cake tin.
Bake for just 20mn .
