Andhra Chilli Chicken
Ingredients
6 skinless chicken breasts (chopped)
2 tsp kashmir chilli powder
1 tsp turmeric powder
Salt to taste

2 onions (sliced)
A piece of ginger (paste)
3 cloves of garlic (paste)
Coriander leaves (chopped)
Salt to taste
Oil for frying
Method
Marinate chicken with first three ingedients.
Cover & keep in the refrigerator for an hour.

Heat oil in a pan & fry onions to light golden brown.
Then add chopped ginger & garlic .
Fry for a while & the add chopped onions & fry till light golden brown.
Then add ginger + garlic paste.
Fry for a while & then add marinated chicken pieces.
Add water, cover & cook for few minuites.
When cooked, add chopped green chillies & mix well
Remove from fire & then add lemon juice.
Garnish with curry leaves & coriander leaves.
