Orange Cake - Blender Method

Orange Cake 

 Ingredients
An organic orange  ( chopped with peel)
120 ml luke warm milk
20g melted vegetable oil

A pinch of salt
330g flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda 
1/2 tsp vanilla essence
Method
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Blend chopped orange with milk, sugar, melted butter  & eggs.
Transfer into a bowl. 
Sieve the flour and baking powder together and fold into the blended  mixture.
Add vanilla essence & a pinch of salt.
Mix well & pour the batter into the greased cake tin.
Bake until a toothpick inserted into the middle of the cake comes out clean.(35mn)
