Pırasa Böreği - Turkish Leek Pastry
Ingredients
A leek sliced
2 carrots (sliced)
2 red onions (chopped)
A green chilli (cut in coins)
1/2 tsp chicken masala (optional)
Salt to taste
Ground black pepper
Chopped coriander leaves
Oil for frying

2 eggs ((beaten)
1 yogurt(125g)
11/2 cup milk
1 cup veg oil
1 cup corn flour
1 cup corn meal
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
Method
Heat olive oil in a pan & fry onions to light golden brown.
Add chopped vegetables & fry .
Then add masala & salt.
Garnish with coriander leaves & keep aside

Beat eggs in a bowl & add whipped yogurt.
Mix well & then add prepared leek.
Add all the dry ingredients & mix well.
If the batter is thick add some more milk.
Transfer to a greased lightly floured tart tin.
Drizzle some olive oil on the top & scatter black cumin.
Pre-heat oven 180°C & bake for 35 mn.
