 Palau Nacional of Montjuïc The Palau Nacional of Montjuïc was built in 1929 for the Univerasal Exibition of Barcelona.This magnificent palace was designed by Charles Buigas. It became a National Art Museum in 1934. Scottish Toffee

Scottish ToffeeIngredients 200g sweetened condensed milk200g sugar170 ml milk60g butter1/2 tsp  cardomom powderMethod Gently heat butter, sugar & milk in  heavy bottomed pan. When sugar is dissolved , add condensed milk. Stir with a wooden spatule on medium heat.When the colour changes , add cardomom powder. When it leaves the sides of the pan, remove from fire. (10mn) Pat it onto a greased dish & cut into squares.Store in an airtight container.
