Marble Cake

Marble Cake Ingredients3 eggs125g sugar40g butter200g thick cream200g farine2 tsp baking powder1 tsp vanilla essence1 tsp cinnamon powder A pich of salt100g black chocolate bar2 tbsp waterMethodPreheat the oven to 180°C.Cream together the butter, cream, sugar & salt .Add beaten egg & mix well.Sieve the flour and baking powder together and fold into the cake mixture.Break the chocolate bar & add 2 tbsp water. The Virgin's Rock , Biarritz.

Le Rocher De La Vierge Just a few kilometers away from the Basta Rock is the Virgin's Rock - the symbol of Biarritz. Curried Oysters - Malabar Style
