Eccles Cake

Spinach-Onion fritters

Spinach - Onion Vada Ingredients100g tender spinach leaves (chopped)4 finely sliced onions1 tsp chilli powderAn egg1 tsp chopped ginger1 tsp salt3 tbsp gram flour1 tbsp rice flourCurry leaves / coriander leaves ( chopped)Oil for fryingMethodMix first five ingredients & keep aside for some time.Add the gram flour & mix.If the batter is thick add some water.Keep aside for 15 min. Parc Güell , Barcelona.

  Parc Güell The Industrialist Eusebi Güell appointed Antoni Gaudi to construct a residential area with 60 villas. The project failed  &  the park was inaugurated with two villas & a fabulous park. On either side of the main entrance there are Hansel-and-Gretel-style houses. The two staircases leads to the columned hall, which was the market of the residential area.
