Mini Canneles of Bordeaux Ingredients (30 mini canneles)An egg + 2 egg yolks 25g butter 300g milk90g flour150g sugarA pinch of salt30ml rum (optional)1/2 tsp vanilla powderMethodIn a thick bottomed vessel warm milk with butter.When the butter is melted, remove from fire.Add vanilla powder & set aside to cool. Malai Ladoo for Diwali

 Malai LadooIngredients500 g Ricotta cheese400g sweetened condensed milk (1can) A pinch of saffron5 cardomom pods3 tbsp sugarChopped Pistachios MethodBlend cardomom with sugar & keep aside.Take ricotta cheese in a heavy bottomed vessel. Add condensed milk & mix with a wooden spatule.Stir continuously over medium heat.Add cardomom & saffron & mix well. When the mixture leaves the sides of the pan, remove from fire .
