Mini Salmon Pancakes

Salmon Pancakes Ingredients1 canned salmon (drained)1 tsp salt2 shallots (chopped)1 green chilli (chopped)A small piece of ginger ( chopped)2 eggs1 tbsp baking powder150 ml milk150 g flour3 tbsp olive oil1 tsp fennel seedsChopped curry leaves / coriander leaves MethodIf you are using fresh salmon , cook & mince it. Apple Almond Cake

Sweet Carrot Balls

Carrot LadooIngredients 2 cups grated carrots1 cup sugar70 g butter / ghee1 glass of milk1/2 tsp cardomom powder15 plain biscuits (powdered)MethodMelt ghee & fry grated carrots. Add  sugar & milk .Stir continuously over medium heat.When the mixture thickens, add biscuit  powder.When it leaves the sides of the pan, remove from fire . Add cardomom powder & mix well with a wooden spatule.  Cool & shape into ladoos.

Mediterranean Pulao

Mediterranean PulaoIngredients1 bowl cooked rice (basmati)2 onions (chopped)Chopped capsicum (optional)2 green chillies4 garlic cloves1 tbsp concentrated tomato2 tbsp olive oilSalt to tasteBasil leavesMethodHeat olive oil in a  sauce pan. Fry chopped onions & till translucent.Then add the crushed garlic & sliced chilli.Add concentrated tomato , salt .Fry for some time & add some water ..Cover & cook for some time.
