Spicy Langos ingredients500g wheat flour4 medium sized potatoes(mashed)1 tsp yeast granules1 tsp salt1 tsp sugar3 shallots finely chopped2 chillies finely choppedCurry leaves chopped1 tsp Fennel seeds Oil for frying MethodDilute yeast in luke warm water with 1 tsp sugar . Thari UndaIngredients1 cup semolina1 cup sugar1 cup freshly grated coconut / dessicated coconut50 g butter / 3 tbsp ghee1/2 tsp cardomom powderRaisins & CashewsLuke warm milk for rollingMethodHeat ghee in a non stick pan .Fry raisins & cashews & keep aside.In the same pan add semolina & fry till light golden brown. Keep on low fire & add coconut & sugar. Remove from fire.Add fried raisins,cashews & cardomom powder. Mix well & let it cool.Sprinkle milk & make small balls.

On the "Mother's Day" I'm posting some fragrant flowers in my Mom's garden.Brunfelsia magnifica ( Yesterday-Today-Tomorrow)These fragrant flowers start dark purle then fade to lavender & then to white.So they are commonly called " Yesterday-Today-Tomorrow ".Brunfelsia americana (Lady of the Night)These creamy white flowers are extremely fragrant at night. So they are commonly called " Lady of the Night".Both these plants are propagated by cuttings.My Mom is blessed with gifted green fingers. ie "La Main Verte"
